HEALTH MINISTRY - The Health Ministry is responsible for providing first aid assistance in medical emergencies during all church services and scheduled special church events. Other services provided include on site/off site blood pressure screenings, visual acuity screenings, onsite CPR classes, free annual health fair, providing information to church attendees of current health news/.activities and free screenings in the community, participation in annual donations to certain charity/charities or other organizations, and the promotion/encouragement of good health practices. You do not have to be a health care professional to be a part of this ministry, but
- All members must be CPR/AED certified which may be compensated by the church.
- Members are assigned on a monthly rotation basis to be in attendance at 8am, 9:30am Sunday School, 11am services, Bible Study on Wednesdays, as well as some other scheduled special events that are held at the church.
The Health Ministry meets every 3 months and whenever necessary
