CHRISTIAN EDUCATION MINISTRY - The mission/purpose of the Christian Education Ministry is to develop a comprehensive and unified program, which priovded information on the Christian Education needs of the local church and institutes ways to meet those needs. For example: a) knowledge of Holy Scriptures, b) Christian church/religion, and c) provide source of educational materials.
The Christian Educational Ministry meets monthly on the 1st Wednesday at 6:00pm - Sis. Flora Wilkins, Christian Education Director
CHURCH SCHOOL MINISTRY - The mission/purpose of the Church School Ministry is to teach, train, and nurture all disciples which encompasses adults, young adults, college students, teenagers and children in the word of GOD; preparing them for Christian service by emphasizing Christian principles.

DAUGHTERS OF SARAH "BASS" ALLEN MINISTRY - Our Mission is to minister to the young women of the Church the value of self- discipline, self-worth, to build self-esteem and to reinforce spiritual morals. Promoting positive attributes while encouraging young women to become involved in helping others to find Christ in their lives. We will endeavor to educate through workshops on the importance of building strong characters, education, health awareness and leadership training. Daughters of Sarah "Bass" Allen Ministry meets every 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:00pm - Sis. Gail Walker, President - Sis. Zina Gillam, Vice President

HEALTH MINISTRY - The Health Ministry is responsible for providing first aid assistance in medical emergencies during all church services and scheduled special church events. Other services provided include on site/off site blood pressure screenings, visual acuity screenings, onsite CPR classes, free annual health fair, providing information to church attendees of current health news/.activities and free screenings in the community, participation in annual donations to certain charity/charities or other organizations, and the promotion/encouragement of good health practices. You do not have to be a health care professional to be a part of this ministry, but
- All members must be CPR/AED certified which may be compensated by the church.
- Members are assigned on a monthly rotation basis to be in attendance at 8am, 9:30am Sunday School, 11am services, Bible Study on Wednesdays, as well as some other scheduled special events that are held at the church. INTERCESSORY PRAYER MINISTRY - The Intercessory Prayer Ministry believes in the Power of Prayer, the name of Jesus and the Word of GOD. Their mission/purpose is to intercede on behalf of others as the Spirit of GOD leads so that people are saved and lives are changed. Prayer Wall "Matthew 21:22 - And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." - " 1 Peter 4:7 - But he end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer"

LAY ORGANIZATION - is composed of persons formed for the purposes of: instilling in its membership a love and appreciation for the history, tradition and principles of African Methodism; advocating respect and loyalty to constituted authority; encouraging the support of the total program of the local church; foreseeing systematic and regular study which will provide greater knowledge and participation in the church; organizing and training lay members concerning the goals and objectives of the Connectional Lay Organization.
The Lay Organization meets every 2nd Monday of the month.
